Terms and conditions for using DRS CRM and our website.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DRS CRM website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by DRS CRM ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of the Service

You may use DRS CRM only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and use any lead or customer data stored in your account.

4. Subscription plans and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on our website at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5. Free plan limits

Free accounts are subject to usage limits described on our pricing page, including record limits per module. We reserve the right to modify free plan features or limits with notice where appropriate.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by DRS CRM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRS CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Himachal Pradesh, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
